  • Manage and test MECM application packages alongside the packaging team and VPM Manager
  • Remediate software vulnerabilities on Windows and Linux servers via on-demand patching or removal
  • Develop and deploy Active Directory group policies to remediate vulnerabilities and harden third-party applications/services
  • Report on vulnerabilities across all Server, Storage & Database assets, Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware hosts, appliances, and VMs
  • Coordinate and escalate remediation efforts both domestically and globally
  • Perform in-depth analysis of Head Office data via Splunk and Qualys; build reconciliation processes between data sources
  • Enforce VPM policies and procedures across the Americas region; apply best practices in patching, configuration, and monitoring
  • Partner with local/global IT teams on project planning and execution for patching initiatives

Profile:

  • Senior-level Windows Administration
  • MECM/SCCM
  • Qualys
  • Splunk
  • Linux Administration (RHEL and package management tools)
  • VMware engineering
  • Networking administration concepts
  • Scripting/automation
  • Security and remediation practices
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical terms
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision while taking full ownership of assigned work
  • Results-driven with strong follow-through
