Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to represent Springs Window Fashions in major home improvement stores across the Norfolk area. You will promote products, build retailer relationships, and drive sales while traveling 2–5 stores per day.

The role offers $23 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus, with weekly and on-demand pay options, benefits, and 401(k) matching. Schedule Tue–Sat, full-time in retail environments.

• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Promote Springs Window Fashions products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading home improvement retailers.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure the "Best Experience" for retail partners and end-consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Provide Product Expertise: Educate retailers and customers on features and benefits of Springs Window Fashions products.
• Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management.
