AmericanWindowFilm is seeking energetic installers to join a growing team. You will perform quality window tinting and graphics installation for commercial and residential projects, with a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and a strong earning potential.

Our installers typically earn more with the commission program, and the top installers make over $100K/year. You’ll be started on day one with support and training to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of flat glass film installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of window tinting tools and techniques.
• Ability to work well with others and take initiative.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform workmanship focused on site preparation, equipment management, and window tinting/graphics installation.
• Support co-workers with urgency and care for safety and quality.
• Follow instructions and develop supportive relationships with other installers.
