Job summary

TEMO, Inc. in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Production Assembler to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role focuses on assembling, fabricating, and inspecting window sash and screens, following diagrams and work instructions to ensure safety and performance standards.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable using hand tools. Prior window fabrication experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/assembly experience a plus but not required.
• Experience in window or window screen fabrication a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per work instructions, blueprints, and specs.
• Read engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Gather parts and tools from inventory and maintain records.
• Perform inventory management for tools and materials.
• Keep tools and work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Test, calibrate, and inspect products to meet specs.
• Inspect quality of parts and assemblies during production.
• Load finished sash onto carts and label batches.
