Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a precise and customer-focused Field Measurement Specialist to join our Hyattsville area team. You will take accurate measurements for residential windows and doors, ensuring correct material orders and smooth project planning.

Travel extensively within the territory is required. You will document measurements in our software and act as the liaison between sales, project management, and installation teams to address project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to measure windows and doors with precision and efficiency.
• Recent experience measuring a significant number of window and door units in a professional setting.
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging homeowner interactions professionally.
• EPA Lead Certification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain certification upon hire (company-provided).

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of approximately $70K annually, with bonus opportunities for accuracy and performance. OTE $75,000 - $100,000
