Job summary

QXO is hiring a Window Installer to perform safe and professional installation of windows and related products on residential and commercial projects. You will read plans, measure accurately, and install to manufacturer specs while maintaining quality and safety on site.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. The role involves outdoor work, lifting, and potentially overtime on busy schedules.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use levels
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
OSHA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Install windows, patio doors, and related products on new construction and renovation projects
Review work orders, installation instructions, and project specifications
Measure, level, square, and install products to ensure proper fit and operation
Verify completed installations meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
Identify and communicate installation concerns or product issues to supervisors
Follow safety policies, operate tools and equipment, and maintain clean job sites
Collaborate with field managers, technicians, and warehouse staff
Assist with additional installation or operational duties as assigned
