Renewal by Andersen LLC in Chesapeake, VA is seeking entry-level carpentry talent to install residential windows and doors. You will measure, level, trim and finish installations and learn professional window installation techniques on site.

This full-time, year-round role offers paid training, overtime, and opportunities to advance within a stable, nationwide home improvement company.

Formación

• 1+ year carpentry, construction, or remodeling experience.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Dependable team player.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• $20–$25/hour starting pay, based on experience
• $800–$1,000 monthly bonus potential

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year carpentry, construction, or remodeling experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to read a tape measure
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable team player
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Window installation experience is a plus, but not required!
