Renewal By Andersen - SLC is seeking a window installation apprentice to join our Salt Lake City team. This full-time, benefited, non-exempt role offers a pay range of $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience, with a 40+ hour work week and hours from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication, good organization, and dependable work ethic. No experience required to start, with paid training and opportunities to advance to installation

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to arrive for scheduled shifts on time.
• Clear background check.
• Can lift 50+ pounds with or without accommodation.
• Flexible scheduling for customer demands.
• One year of customer service (preferred).
• One year of construction or carpentry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install or replace windows in residential homes.
• Read a tape measure and prepare the home (drop cloths, furniture covers).
• Support lead installer in proper installation of windows.
• Provide quality customer service to homeowners.
• Collaborate and grow skills to complete full installation from start to finish.
• Operate basic tools (drill, caulk gun, multi-tool, etc.).
