Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Install Lead in Minnesota to join a nationwide home improvement network. The role focuses on installing remodeling products to company standards, finishing work as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction at project close.

You will communicate with management, coordinate with homeowners, and complete a post-installation checklist. This position offers a base pay of $32.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
