Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is hiring a Window Installer in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves installing home remodeling products per our standards, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction at project completion.

You will communicate with management and homeowners and complete carpentry checklists with the homeowner. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with window replacements, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
