Job summary

Window Genie of NWA in Bentonville, AR is seeking an outdoor window film installer to join a small, locally owned team where your work matters. You will install film on flat glass for residential and commercial properties, learn window cleaning and power washing, and contribute to a friendly, team-driven environment.

The role offers on-the-job training, work outdoors, and potential advancement within the company. Expect a supportive team, regular weekly pay, and a focus on quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift extension ladders and work over 2 stories high.
• Attention to detail in home and business installations.
• Prior labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential window film (tinting) services.
• Perform other home services as necessary.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.

Compensation:

• Pay is hourly and ranges from $16 to $23
