Qualifications

• Must provide LLC and EIN documentation.
• EPA lead certification and renovator license are required.
• Valid NY/CT Home Improvement Contractor license.
• Proof of commercial, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance liability.
• Ability to train up to 2 weeks in Cranford, NJ if selected for crew lead/lead installer.

Responsibilities

• Installers will perform window and door replacement projects.
• Provide high-quality workmanship and maintain safety standards.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth project execution.
