Kempsville Building Materials is seeking a Window and Door Installer to install windows and doors in new construction projects. Knowledge of installation and strong customer service are essential. This role requires following directions, problem solving, and safe work practices on site.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and repairing windows and doors is helpful but not required.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under time constraints.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 32 ft.

Responsabilités

• Analyze jobsite prior to beginning a job to ensure quality installation/repairs.
• Repairs assigned warranty products using the appropriate tools.
• Conducts window and/or door performance tests.
• Create and support a safe work environment on the job site.
• Ensure that customers are treated with respect and given quality workmanship.
• Respond to problems and complaints in a patient and understanding manner.
• Acquire training needed to repair the product safely and efficiently.
• Become certified in the product/area being repaired.
