Job summary

WinChoice is seeking a Window Service Technician to perform professional residential window and patio door installations as a 1099 contractor. You will work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and complete projects safely and efficiently.

The role targets 15-20 services per week, requires proven installation experience, precise carpentry skills, and strong safety practices. Mountain Pine, AR base with a customer-focused approach is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window or door installation.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry methods and remodeling practices.
• Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and physical work.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair windows and patio doors.
• Perform trim carpentry and frame carpentry for openings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment with precision.
• Wrap exterior trim with aluminum coil using a metal brake.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and complete duties as assigned.
