You must deliver homeowner-focused service, be self-motivated, and manage time/workflow independently. Requirements: 4+ years of window installation/remodeling, own truck/trailer/tools, insurance, a valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 150 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of window installation or construction remodeling experience.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship with strong focus on customer service.
• Self-motivation and results orientation; time/workflow management; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors for homeowners as a subcontractor.
• Maintain safe, quality workmanship and clear communication with customers.
• Manage job sites, timelines and materials, coordinating with Esler Companies as needed.
