Job summary

Squeegee Squad of Wichita is hiring for a hybrid technician position serving Wichita and surrounding areas. You\'ll handle ground-level window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter work, and basic restoration while training toward high-rise rope descent system projects.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow with the team. Training is provided, and some travel may be required for high-rise and out-of-town projects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and heights.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Ground-level work: clean windows on residential homes, storefronts, and commercial buildings using professional techniques and equipment.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment for driveways, building exteriors, and surfaces.
• Clean gutters and perform gutter inspections with a gutter-friendly ladder setup to protect client property.
• Perform caulking, sealing, and basic building restoration tasks as assigned.
• Carefully set up, move, and return outdoor furniture and equipment before and after each job.
• Take before-and-after photos of every job for quality documentation.
• Follow SOPs, checklists, and company quality standards on every visit.
