Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning of Edina is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician to travel to homes and businesses throughout the west and south Twin Cities metro, delivering professional window cleaning services and related work.

No window cleaning experience is required; paid training is provided. Earn $18–$34+/hour equivalent plus tips and performance bonuses, with Monday–Friday hours and no nights, weekends, or holidays, offering advancement opportunities as you gain skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows at homes, storefronts, offices, and commercial properties.
• Use professional window cleaning equipment, including water-fed poles.
• Work safely from ladders and protect properties during service.
• Perform additional cleaning services such as gutter cleaning or power washing.
• Follow daily routes, complete work efficiently, and conduct quality checks.
• Communicate professionally with customers and maintain organized equipment.

Our technicians are paid based on performance and production. As you become faster, more skilled, and capable of completing more work at a high level, your earning potential increases with you.

Most workdays are Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

No window cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training.

What You'll Do

As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll travel to homes and businesses throughout the west and south Twin Cities metro and complete professional cleaning services for our customers.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning interior and exterior windows at homes, storefronts, offices, and commercial properties
• Using professional window cleaning equipment, including traditional tools and water-fed pole systems
• Working safely from ladders and around residential and commercial properties
• Cleaning screens and other window components
• Performing additional services such as gutter cleaning, surface/power washing, awning cleaning, high dusting, and other specialty cleaning
• Following daily routes and completing scheduled work efficiently
• Performing quality-control checks before leaving each job
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Protecting customers' homes, businesses, landscaping, and property
• Maintaining clean and organized equipment
• Representing Fish Window Cleaning professionally at every job
