S&K Building Services is expanding our team across the nation and looking for a Ground Level Window Cleaning Technician! As a Ground Level Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting our client base from the ground level. We love to train and promote from within for those seeking advancement opportunities!

This position will support Great Lakes Window Cleaning, an S&K acquired company.

What You'll Do
  • Effectively cleanse windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning tools.
  • Communicate with site contact before, during, and after work, and obtain customer approval on work completed.
  • Transport and set-up water-fed poles to clean windows of multi-story buildings, and breakdown of equipment afterwards.
  • Clean up after each job to leave no residue or dirt behind.
  • Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with supplies.
  • Attend weekly safety meetings.
Who You Are
  • You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • You have reliable transportation to and from work and job sites.
  • You maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
  • You can lift up to 60 lbs.
  • You can climb and use ladders from 5 ft to 40 ft (safety training provided).
  • You can work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • You have excellent time-management skills.
  • You adhere to high ethical standards.
  • You work well in a team environment.
  • You possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
