Overview

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for part‑time window cleaners for our operation in Fayetteville, NC. This job is a great fit for you if you enjoy an active work environment and prefer working outside rather than sitting in an office all day. Our team of cleaning technicians enjoys working outdoors within the community, interacting with commercial and residential customers. The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work‑order completion, job‑site quality control, and meeting the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities. As a window cleaning technician, you will stay constantly on the move and never get bored!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Manage and execute daily assigned work orders
• Demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain weekly production standards and expectations
• Act as the liaison/ambassador for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to contribute to a high‑functioning team as well as work independently
• Strong time‑management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Liability car insurance
• Ability to perform repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms
