All Window Cleaning Services in Iowa City, IA is hiring a self-motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. You MUST be a team player and comfortable with extension poles and ladders. Technicians stand, bend, and lift throughout the day and must arrive on time, eager to learn or already familiar with window cleaning techniques.

Prior window cleaning experience is beneficial but training is provided. We value reliability, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using extension poles or working at height.
• Physical stamina is required.
• Team-focused worker; no drama or attitudes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work; technicians drive company trucks to job sites.
• Speaks English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows on both mid-rise and low-rise buildings using extension poles; we will train and certify technicians.
• Clean interior and exterior glass, window frames and screens.
• Occasionally work on ladders 24 to 40 feet.
• Perform rope access window cleaning, or be willing to learn rope access window cleaning; we will train and certify technicians.
• Occasionally operate a scissor- or boom lift; we will train and certify lift operators.

Technicians need to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday. • Buena condición física y resistencia.
• Enfocado en el trabajo en equipo; sin dramas ni malas actitudes.
