Job summary

Shine of South Las Vegas is seeking a Window Cleaning Crew Leader to lead daily field operations at customers' sites, coordinate with the team, and ensure service quality. You’ll meet clients, assess needs, and guide a crew to delivery excellence.

You’ll drive to jobs, communicate arrival times, suggest additional services when appropriate, and finalize work with a post-job review and payment processing. Training and advancement await within a thriving franchise culture.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder - up to 40 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Must want to work in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Meet at the customer's jobsite with the team to understand the job's game plan.
• Drive to customers' homes or businesses and perform services specific to their needs.
• Call upcoming customers on the way to the job to alert them you're on the way.
• Meet customers face to face (if they're home) before the crew begins to ensure expectations are met.
• Upon inspection, suggest other services the customer may consider.
• Complete a post-job inspection and review the work with the customer.
• Process the customer's payment through our mobile payment technology to complete the job.
• End the day with a huddle to recap the job.

Window Cleaning Crew Leader Job Summary:

• Each day, you'll meet at the customers jobsite with the rest of the team to understand the job's game plan.

• You'll call upcoming customers on your way to the job alerting them that you're on the way.
• You'll meet customers face to face (if they're home) before your crew begins its work to ensure we're meeting the customer's expectations on the job that day.
• Upon inspection, you may suggest other services the customer may consider that you feel may be appropriate.
• When the work is complete, you'll complete a post-job inspection and meet again with the customer (if they're home) to review the work to their satisfaction.
• You'll accept and process the customer's payment through our mobile payment technology completing the job.
• You'll end your day with a huddle to recap the job.
