Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive to various customers’ homes or businesses to perform services.
• Call upcoming customers to inform them of arrival.
• Meet customers before starting work to ensure expectations.
• Suggest additional services based on customer needs.
• Complete a post-job inspection and meet again with the customer.
• Process customer payments through mobile payment technology.
• Return to the office to recap the day and clean the vehicle.
