Role: Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing Technician

Prior window cleaning or pressure washing experience is NOT required!

Job Duties:

• Clean windows on both high-rise and low-rise buildings
• Clean interior and exterior glass
• Work on ladders up to 32 feet
• Operate a power washer
• Remove dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
• Adapt cleaning techniques based on window type (clear, reflective, tinted)
• Dry around the edges of the glass with microfiber cloths
• Remove excess water from sills
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order
• Operate aerial lift platforms to reach high-rise windows
• Keep company vehicle stocked with supplies
• Clean up after each job to leave the site tidy

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A clean driving record
• Comfort with climbing ladders
• Ability to carry equipment up to 50 lbs
