Job summary

Window Hero Northwest Omaha in Bennington, NE is seeking a Window Cleaning role. Join a team that values activity, teamwork, and customer service. No prior window cleaning or pressure washing experience is required, and training is provided.

You will clean interior and exterior glass on buildings of various heights, operate power washing equipment, and help keep tools and vehicles stocked and safe. Excellent customer service and reliability are essential for this outdoor role.

Qualifications

• Prior window cleaning or pressure washing experience is NOT required.
• Must be able to climb ladders and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• A clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows on high-rise and low-rise buildings.
• Clean interior and exterior glass.
• Work on ladders up to 32 feet.
• Operate a power washer.
• Remove dirt and grime with non-abrasive solutions, water, and squeegee blades.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are stocked and safe.

Job Duties: Window Cleaning

• Clean windows on both high-rise and low-rise buildings
• Clean interior and exterior glass
• Work on ladders up to 32 feet
• Operate a power washer
• Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.
• Determining whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted and adapting window cleaning techniques accordingly.
• Using a scrim or microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass.
• Using toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills.
• Ensuring that all window cleaning and lift equipment are in good working order.
• Operating aerial lift platforms and other lift equipment to reach the windows of high-rise buildings.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies.
• Appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.
