Job summary

TBI Listings is seeking a positive, responsible person to join our exterior cleaning team for work in the New Jersey / New York area, with pickup from Manhattan. You will be trained fully, with a focus on window washing, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning. Most tasks are performed from the ground, with some ladder work and a need to be comfortable with heights.

We value quick learners, energy, reliability, and teamwork. Salary is negotiable and schedule is negotiable as we build our crew.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform outdoor cleaning tasks.
• Able to follow safety protocols and use ladders when required.
• Willing to learn window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning.
• Must have a valid U.S. work permit/work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and exterior surfaces by washing and polishing.
• Pressure wash facades and siding as needed.
• Perform exterior house cleaning and related exterior cleaning tasks.
• Work mostly from ground level with occasional ladder use and height comfort.

We are looking for an employee to join our exterior house cleaning team. This work includes: window washing, pressure washing of facades and siding, exterior house cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. Most of the work is performed from the ground. Sometimes it is necessary to use a ladder, so it is important to be comfortable with heights and confident when working with a ladder. We expect you to: be quick, energetic, and physically active, learn quickly, handle work and client property with care, be responsible and arrive on time, be a team player, be prepared to work outdoors, and have a U.S. Work Permit / Work Authorization.
