Rolling Suds of Beverly Hills is seeking a dependable window cleaner to join our exterior cleaning team, focusing on commercial properties like storefronts, office buildings, and HOA properties. Training will cover pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services.

This part-time role may transition to full-time based on performance, workload, and staffing needs, with night and weekend shifts required. This position offers benefits including step-by-step training in exterior cleaning

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial windows with traditional scrubber and squeegee to deliver a streak-free finish.
• Use water-fed pole systems as appropriate for each job.
• Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and other exterior cleaning services after training.
• Clean building exteriors, walkways, entryways, parking areas at commercial and multifamily properties.
• Work closely with the Lead Technician and team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
• Follow cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and job checklists.
• Protect customer property and maintain safe access around work areas for residents and visitors.
• Inspect completed work and address missed areas before leaving the job site.
• Properly maintain, load, and unload tools and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, property staff, and team members.

Rolling Suds of Beverly Hills is looking for a dependable, experienced window cleaner to join our growing exterior cleaning team. This role focuses on commercial properties, including storefronts, office buildings, apartment communities, and HOA properties. You’ll use your window cleaning skills while learning pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services.

Professional window cleaning experience is required. No pressure washing experience is necessary. We provide training!

This position starts part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance, workload, and staffing needs. Night, overnight/graveyard, and weekend availability is required. Daytime shifts may also be available.

• Clean building exteriors, walkways, entryways, parking areas, and other surfaces at commercial and multifamily properties
• Work closely with the Lead Technician and team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Follow cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and job checklists
• Protect customer property and maintain safe access around work areas for residents, employees, and visitors
• Inspect completed work and address missed areas before leaving the job site
• Properly maintain, load, and unload tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers, property staff, and team members

Qualifications:

• Age 21+
• Professional window cleaning experience, including confident use of traditional scrubber and squeegee techniques
• Commercial window cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with water-fed pole and purified water systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete window cleaning work independently
• Willingness to learn pressure washing and follow company procedures
• Availability for weekend shifts preferred
• Flexible weekday and daytime availability preferred
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report for late-night and early-morning shifts
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors and carry and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to safely use ladders with proper training and equipment
• Comfort working on roofs with appropriate training and safety equipment preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Experience driving a 14-foot box truck preferred, but not required

Schedule Expectations:

This position is best suited for someone seeking part-time work who is comfortable with a variable schedule. Commercial projects often require evening, overnight/graveyard, or weekend work to accommodate customer operations. Daytime shifts may also be available. Weekly hours and shift times depend on customer needs and workload.

Full-time employment may become available based on performance, workload, and staffing needs. Full-time hours are not guaranteed at the start.
