Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for courteous, self-motivated individuals to join our team. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations, including retail stores, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. No nights or weekends; flexible hours and full or part-time positions year-round with paid training.

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance are required. Ladder use and occasional travel between jobs are part of the role; uniforms and equipment

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to read a street guide and follow directions.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Write legibly and speak clearly; able to count money and make change.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone.

Responsibilities

• Clean glass at commercial and residential locations (1–3 stories).
• Travel between jobs and perform ladder work as needed.
• Assist with equipment and uniforms provided by the company.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure customer satisfaction.
• No nights or weekends; flexible hours available.

Job description

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
