Fish Window Cleaning in Michigan is hiring window cleaners to join a growing team. This general labor role involves cleaning windows for commercial and residential clients, primarily outdoors. You may work alone or with a partner, travel between job sites, and use a company vehicle for daily assignments.

The position offers a 7:30am start, Monday–Friday schedule, and no nights, weekends, or holidays. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, with tips and opportunities for advancement.

We manage accounts with both business and residential clients, keeping our customers happy and their windows clean. Our Window Cleaners manage daily work order completion, provide quality service, and fulfill the needs of our customers. Working alone or in pairs, we spend more than 50% of our time outside in the fresh air! We have an excellent work environment with a light atmosphere and great people.

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday with a start time of 7:30am

Pay ($18-$23) per hour based on performance, plus tips

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
