Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a Window Cleaner to clean interior and exterior windows for homes and commercial buildings. You will operate ladders, scaffolding, or lifts to access high windows, remove deposits, and clean frames, sills, and screens while maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows on homes and commercial buildings using squeegees, scrapers, microfiber cloths, and cleaning solutions.
• Operate ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, or suspended platforms to reach high or difficult windows.
• Remove hard water stains, paint overspray, mineral deposits, stickers, and debris from glass surfaces.
• Clean frames, sills, tracks, and screens in addition to the glass
• Inspect windows for cracks, failing seals, or other damage and report issues to clients.
• Maintain and transport cleaning equipment, ensuring all tools and safety gear are in good working order.
• Provide quotes, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients professionally.
• Follow all safety regulations, including fall protection, equipment inspection, and safe chemical handling.
