Job summary

Men In Kilts Lexington is hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our outdoor service team. As a technician, you will clean windows, gutters, wash exteriors, and help grow a local franchise.

We pay base $18/hour full-time with weekly pay and a tiered commission bonus ($800-$1000/week in peak season). Training and all tools are provided; you’ll wear a kilts daily and represent the brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial customers.
• Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, and gutter cleaning.
• Safely operate trucks and maintain equipment.
• Process payments and paperwork; engage in business development tasks.
• Represent the company with integrity and passion.

Men In Kilts is a leading home service company providing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers.
• Window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing and gutter cleaning.
• Safely and efficiently operate our fleet of trucks and maintain our equipment.
• Process payments and paperwork.
• Engage in business development activities such as distributing marketing materials and occasional community events.
• Represent our company with integrity and passion.
• Accountability for the jobs assigned to you/your team.
• Follow all safety regulations at all times, including inspecting equipment and using the proper equipment for each particular job.

Requirements
