Cogent Talent Solutions' client seeks a skilled Window & Door Installer in Asheville, NC to install, repair, and replace residential windows and doors, measuring and cutting to fit and sealing to code.

The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, can lift heavy materials, safely use hand and power tools, and communicate effectively with customers and team members; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in window/door installation, carpentry, or general construction preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders.
• Valid driver's license (if travel between job sites is required).
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
