Job summary

A leading wind energy service provider is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician in Houston, Texas. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, along with performing preventive maintenance and repairs on wind turbines. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a high school diploma. Physical fitness is crucial, as the job may require climbing and lifting heavy components. Qualifications

• 1+ year’s experience as a Wind Turbine Technician.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening.
• Must lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete work order documents and checklists.
• Replace major turbine components.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on wind turbines.
