Job summary

Resource Professional Solutions is seeking an experienced Wind Technician III to lead hands-on maintenance at a local wind farm. You will troubleshoot turbines, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and mentor technicians to keep the site operating safely and efficiently.

This role requires 3+ years of field service in the wind industry, experience with 2MW turbine platforms, LOTO certification, and the ability to work at heights in all weather.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wind turbine field service experience.
• Experience with 2MW wind turbine platforms.
• LOTO certification required.
• Wind industry certifications preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.
