Talent Acquisition Manager @ FairWind | I/O Psychology

Location: 100% Travel

We specialize in delivering high-quality maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting services for various wind turbine platforms. As we continue to expand, we seek a Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management of all Parts Shipped Loose (PSL), RFR parts from the factory, and Materials Shipped Direct (MSD).
• Maintain accurate records using Excel/Smartsheet tracking on company-provided laptops.
• Report directly to the Receiving Lead and Site Manager regarding inventory updates and tracking.
• Provide administrative support as needed, under the guidance of site leadership.
• Assist with receiving and installation operations, with the potential for future OJT in these areas.
• Identify and develop potential candidates for Commissioning Training at the ELC.
