Job summary

EthosEnergy O&M is recruiting for an Operations and Maintenance Technician - Wind for its Cedar Creek Farm located in Raymer, CO. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct operations and maintenance at a wind generating facility.

The OMT is responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of the Balance of Plant (BOP) and wind turbine equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AA degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in wind facility maintenance and testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site operations, maintenance, repair, and inspection of wind turbine systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in wind turbines.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal turbine performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during onshore and offshore work activities.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget.
