GE Vernova is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to lead the design and analysis of composite wind turbine blade structures. You will own the FEA work from predesign through factory implementation, delivering clear, timely results and collaborating with global teams.
The role requires performing ABAQUS/PATRAN analyses, identifying design risks, and documenting results to support certification and testing. Travel up to 20% domestically/internationally may be required.
As Structural Design Engineer, you will support design and analysis of structure model of a composite wind turbine blade with accountability & ownership for assigned responsibilities through fundamental understanding of FEA methods & processes. In this role, you will utilize your experience to independently execute FEA activities during different phase of product design by providing clear and timely results. Further, you are expected to develop self-expertise on design and analysis methods & processes for smooth task execution.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $120,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
