Job summary

Rolfson Oil is looking for a truck driver to safely operate company vehicles in transport across various locations in the U.S. The role requires a Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement, winch experience, winter driving, and the ability to work nights outdoors.

A clean driving history and DOT drug test compliance are essential. Responsibilities include performing deliveries, securing loads, and maintaining equipment while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement (H).
• Minimum 3 years of winch experience.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Lift 75 lbs comfortably.
• Maintain a safe driving history with no major violations in the last 5 years.
• Winter driving experience preferred.
• Pass DOT drug test.
• Proficient in writing and speaking English.
• Able to work nights.
• Able to work outside for long periods.
• Must be able to travel to other Rolfson Oil locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks while in transport.
• Follow all delivery instructions and complete paperwork accurately in a timely manner.
• Operate hoists and winches to lift and pull loads.
• Monitor equipment gauges and indicators to verify load position.
• Load and unload materials using equipment and machines and properly secure to the trailer.
• Repair, maintain, and adjust equipment using hand tools.
• Ensure that all DOT regulations regarding dangerous goods transport are followed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
