  • Personally manage a caseload of the most complex, sensitive, and high-stakes investigations, conducting threat assessments and interviews directly for these matters.
  • Build and own cross-functional partnerships with Amazon Corporate Security (ACS), Data Center (DC) Security, HR, Employee Relations (ER), Legal, and security partners across AMER.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, and appropriately elevate risks, threats, and issues as required by applicable laws.

  • Deliver and elevate the team's fact-based reports, assessments, and presentations to executive-level leadership.
  • Set and drive operational excellence standards and continuous-improvement initiatives, including innovation through AI and emerging technologies.
  • Own the regional approach to workplace violence prevention training, mitigation planning, and post-incident after-action reviews.
