Job summary

Hobby Lobby is seeking an experienced Co-Manager to join our Wilson, NC store team. The role involves hands-on oversight of store processes and the drive to meet and exceed financial goals, while leading a motivated team with empathy and clear direction.

Responsibilities include executing merchandising plans for the seasonal department and ensuring high standards across operations. Strong big-box retail experience is required and relocation for promotion is encouraged.

Starting salary range: $72,800 to $80,600 plus bonus annually.
