Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network seeks a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join a full-time, hospital-employed obstetrics and gynecology practice in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, about 15 minutes from Salem and one hour from Portland.

The role features an immediate opening with an established patient panel, three outpatient clinic days, and typical clinic hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., along with comprehensive benefits and long-term stability in a strong community setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Eligible for hospital medical-staff appointment and clinical privileges.
• Comfortable practicing full-scope obstetrics and gynecology.
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
• Three or more years of women’s health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Deliver preventive, prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services.
• Evaluate and manage routine and complex women’s health conditions.
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries within the physician’s training and privileges.
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
• Educate patients regarding reproductive health, pregnancy, prevention, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with nursing, surgical, anesthesia, primary-care, and specialty teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in applicable clinical coverage and quality-improvement activities.
