Job summary

T&A Supply Company in Kent, WA is hiring a Will Call/Warehouse Associate. This role supports customer pickup, order preparation, and loading, with Monday–Friday hours and a 36–40 hour work week.

You will use ERP/WMS systems and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate receiving and timely order fulfillment. A strong customer-service mindset and safety-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a Will Call warehouse environment.
• 1 year of experience operating forklifts, packaging material, and loading trucks.
• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment performing warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, order pulling or will call duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and accurately receive product into the system.
• Pull and stage orders for route deliveries and for Will Call customers.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jack and RF Scanner.
• Complete staging duties and storage pre-pulls involving customer orders.
• Process all will call notifications including greeting customers and loading vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in the warehouse.

Job Summary:

The Will Call/Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing professional and prompt customer service to internal and external customers. The Will Call/Warehouse Associate will pull and stage product for customer pick-up and will assist with loading products in customer vehicles. The Will Call/Warehouse Associate will support the receiving and shipment of products. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM TO 4:30PM.

What you will be doing:

• Unload trucks and accurately receive product into the system
• Pull and stage orders for route deliveries and for Will Call customers
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jack and RF Scanner
• Complete all staging duties and storage pre-pulls involving customer orders and as assigned by Branch management
• Process all will call notifications including, pulling customer order, greeting customer, and safely loading vehicles
• Complete will call process within 20 minutes, the maximum timeframe for completing a will call order
• Promoteand perform all assigned duties, cross-training in all warehouse functions, in a safe manner in support of company policies and procedures.
• Report any potential hazards as well as correcting potential unsafe situations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse environment
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS
• Previous experience with a forklift, pallet jack and RF Scanner.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience operating forklifts, packaging material, and loading trucks.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a Will Call warehouse environment.
• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment performing warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, order pulling or will call duties.
• Shrink wrap machine and RF Scanning experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, operating a forklift, and working in a warehouse environment with varied temperatures.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds at times, bend, stretch, and pull product.
