Job summary

US Foods is recruiting for a Warehouse Team Member in Oklahoma City. The role involves safely selecting customer orders, performing equipment checks, and operating a motorized pallet jack to move products onto pallets for delivery or will-call pickup.

Candidates should have recent experience in physically demanding work, warehouse order selection, and basic customer service skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with full benefits available from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience selecting orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment.
• Customer service experience beneficial

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders.

• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free.
• Efficiently deliver products to customers in will call pickup.

Monday - Friday

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Main Ingredients of the Job

• Safely and accurately select customer orders
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment
• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free
• Efficiently deliver products to customers in will call pick up
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stacks empty pallets from slots in aisle and return pallet jacks to charging area

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively

What You Bring to the Table

• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred e.g. lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
• Experience selecting orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
