Job summary

Advanced IPM in California is seeking Wildlife & Termite Control Technicians to join a family-owned, team-oriented environment. You will provide wildlife removal, termite control, and prevention services for residential and commercial customers while delivering outstanding customer service and practical solutions.

You will inspect properties, trap and remove wildlife, conduct exclusion work, apply termite treatments, and educate clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in wildlife control or pest control preferred.
• Able to work in confined spaces, on roofs, and at heights.
• Adherence to safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• Comfortable discussing service recommendations with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for wildlife activity, damage, and entry points.
• Humane trapping, euthanasia, and removal of wildlife.
• Seal entry points and perform exclusion and repairs.
• Conduct termite control treatments.
• Prepare inspection reports with photos and findings.
• Educate customers on wildlife and termite issues and propose solutions.
• Provide accurate service estimates and close service agreements.
• Safely use ladders, access roofs, crawl spaces, and attics.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:
