Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife Technician to protect homes and businesses through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife. The role involves work from rooftops or ladders, often requiring basic carpentry.

You will inspect sites, diagnose wildlife problems, and explain the best solution to customers, then schedule and complete services while collecting payment and proposing additional work. A company vehicle is provided along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
• Possess current Driver's License
• Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify, remove, prevent, or repair wildlife-related damage
• Conduct in-depth home inspections to locate sources of wildlife issues
• Explain recommended solutions and next steps to customers
• Schedule and run services, collect payments, and propose additional services
