Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife Inspector to inspect homes and commercial properties for nuisance wildlife, identify entry points, and determine protective actions. You will educate customers on long-term protection and our wildlife exclusion warranties, with earnings boosted by commissions.

The role offers a production-based environment with a company vehicle and a strong benefits package. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams.
• Must pass internal technical exams.
• Possess current Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance including Arrow uniform.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Wildlife Inspector to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers. This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A WILDLIFE TECHNICIAN

As a Wildlife Inspector, you are excited to start your route each day. You'll perform thorough inspections of homes and businesses to assess for nuisance wildlife activity-things like squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rodents. You'll identify entry points, assess the level of infestation or risk, and determine what steps are needed to protect the property. Using your expertise, you'll educate customers on long-term protection and recommend our wildlife exclusion warranties, offering them peace of mind and year-round coverage. Your ability to build trust and propose additional services will directly supplement your earnings with commissions.

Minimum Qualifications
