Stark Exterminators is seeking a Wildlife Technician to service residential and commercial wildlife control customers through exclusion, trapping, and removal. Work often involves rooftops or ladders with basic carpentry as needed; a company vehicle is provided and a robust benefits package.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, independence, and accountability as you inspect sites, identify wildlife sources, and propose optimal solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Must pass state licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• Hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a 40-hour week.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify, remove, prevent, or repair wildlife damage.
• Inspect the customer’s home to locate sources of issue.
• Explain findings and recommended next steps to customers.
• Collect payment due and propose additional services.
• Run and schedule your own service visits.
