Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking Wildlife Specialists who visit customers to deliver pest control services, perform exclusions and animal removal, and assess needs to ensure high value and satisfaction. The role involves fieldwork, trapping, ladder/harness tasks, and coordinating with customers to implement effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, construction exposure, and strong customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related construction experience required.
• Able to set live traps.
• Experience with ladder and/or harness work.
• Understand different construction types.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail; organized and punctual.
• Ability to lead others.
• Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers, including inspections, trapping, light carpentry, rooftop work, crawl space barriers and debris removal.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
