Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Wildlife Specialists to visit customer sites and provide a full range of pest-control services, solving complex issues and ensuring a pest-free environment for homes and businesses.

You will perform exclusion, animal removal, inspect properties, and maintain service vehicles and equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and customer service. Eligibility includes a high school diploma, construction experience, and valid drivers license, with

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related construction experience.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Ladder/harness work experience.
• Understanding of different construction types.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized and punctual.
• Ability to lead others.
• Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers, including inspections, trapping, baiting, light carpentry, rooftop work, crawl space barriers and disinfection.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions
• Build internal and external relationships
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment

What do our Construction/Wildlife Specialists do?

Our Wildlife Specialists visit customers and provide a full range of services to address their pest control needs and challenges. They strive to protect people and enhance lives by maintaining a pest free environment where our clients live and work by solving complex pest issues using their knowledge and training. This involves conferring with customers and thoroughly assessing their needs to ensure that they receive the highest possible value and maximum satisfaction with our services.

• Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers which includes inspections, trapping, baiting, light carpentry work, working at roof top levels, crawl space vapor barrier installation, crawl space insulation removal & installation, crawl space debris removal., and crawl space and attic disinfections
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and make recommendations on solutions to remedy the problem
• Build internal and external relationships
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment

What do you need?

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months related construction experience
• Ability to set live traps
• Previous ladder and/or harness work experience
• Have a good understanding of different construction types
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Organized
• Punctual
• Ability to lead others
• Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence

Base Pay Range

Hourly: $18.00 - $32.00

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
