• Leads administrative and operational functions of WH&B activities ensuring compliance with policies and program goals.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes WH&B events in compliance with program guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and policies governing WH&B management.
• Develops public outreach strategies with public affairs to raise awareness of the WH&B program.
• Coordinates scheduling and transportation for WH&Bs, including vehicles and trailers.
• Serves as Program Officer and/or Contracting Officer's Representative on agreements for facilities and services.
• Maintains accurate records related to receiving, preparing, and disposition of WH&Bs.
