Amentum/Secure Networking Solutions is seeking a WIDS Specialist Level II to provide technical support for Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) operations supporting Amentum’s Skywalker program. The WIDS Specialist Level II is responsible for administering the Bastille WIDS platform, leading Monitoring & Response (M&R) activities, analyzing wireless threats, and ensuring compliance with DoD and IC requirements. As such, the WIDS Specialist Level II will need an understanding of the Bastille WIDS system, DoD/IC wireless protocols, RF theory, and knowledge of National and DoD directives, orders, regulations, and instructions governing the conduct of WIDS activities. Because the WIDS Specialist Level II role will work on a geographically separated team, excellent coordination and communication skills are expected. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.
Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Office Setting, but may be required to install sensors and wiring, which requires climbing ladders and lifting up to 20 lbs.
